How it started...
Estrada Clinic came to us because their website just wasn’t working for them. The content felt muddled, the services weren’t clear, and the message wasn’t landing with the people they wanted to reach, which was a shame, because what they do really matters. BTL Emsella treatment can change lives for men and women dealing with incontinence — giving people their confidence back, helping them feel more like themselves again. None of that was coming through online.
They also wanted to make a move into social media. Building a local presence around Alderley Edge and across Cheshire was key, but their brand didn’t feel ready for it. The message wasn’t quite there, and they weren’t sure how to get it across in a way that felt right. Google was another sticking point. They wanted to be easier to find, simple as that.
So we started untangling things. Stripped back the content. Made their services clearer. Got the basics in shape before moving on to the bigger stuff.

The journey so far...
After tidying up the basics, the big job was the website. We rebuilt it on Drupal 9 so the clinic had a proper content management system. Something they could update, grow into, and rely on.
The content needed a rethink too. We went through everything, cleared out what wasn’t working, and used a bit of UX thinking to make the design cleaner. Easier for customers to find what they needed. Less noise.
Social media came next. We started producing images and posts, giving Estrada Clinic more of a voice online. Nothing over the top — just clear, approachable content that helped them explain their treatments and reach the people who needed to hear about them.
And we made sure the site had a strong base for Google. The structure, the wording, the content we produced — all of it shaped with search in mind. So, when people went looking for help, Estrada Clinic had a much better chance of showing up. It hasn’t just been about building a website. It’s been about making things clearer, stronger, and easier for the clinic and their patients.
